Custom and personalized orders
Some of my items are available for customization so do take a look and if you have anything specific you'd like customized, send me a message and I'll be happy to see if your request can be fulfilled. Custom orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a print error.
Sizing details
Sizing is true to retail size so if you want an oversized look do order about 2 sizes up. Happy to answer any specific questions via message!

Gift wrapping and packaging
I unfortunately cannot offer gift wrap at this time but your items should arrive with no price tags and any invoices should also be without price tags.
Care instructions
In order to maintain the quality of your clothing item I highly recommend washing it in cold water and hang drying it with an added 10 minute heat fluff on low for your sweatshirt and T-shirt items. Exposing your T-shirts and sweatshirts to 20+ minutes of medium to high heat will damage them whereas hang dry and low fluff heat for 10 to 15 minutes will keep them fluffy soft and reduce the pilling. Your item might arrive wrinkled and in order to regain its original fluff. I recommend hanging your T-shirt or sweatshirt for a day or so and it will naturally iron out most of the wrinkles.

If you have an issue with your order you're most welcome to reach out and I will do my best to resolve it for you. I will not tolerate threats, harassment, name-calling, bullying, aggressive antagonistic or angry behavior. You will be reported to Etsy if you are bullying harassing or being aggressive. Communication is always appreciated in a courteous respectful professional manner. I cannot offer a refund exchanges or returns on seasonal items for the very reason that they are seasonal.
